Any chef of repute or dis-repute (...although there isn't actually one to date) is invited to contribute anything of value. Anecdotal or otherwise or just plain wise, lets pull in our collective experience to exchange views, chit-chat and perhaps trade recipes.
This is the first post and am sure there'll be many more of consequence in the days coming, also hoping to see as many comments as possible.
